Private 1:2 Classes

My husband and I have been having weekly Pilates classes with Debbie for over 3 years, and it’s been brilliant. 

We have private face-to-face class, but through the pandemic we adapted to zoom so we were able to continue our practice.

Debbie is a brilliant teacher. She’s spent time getting to know our strengths and weaknesses and adapts the workout to focus on what we need, whilst pushing us to progress each week. 

Debbie teaches in blocks which I really like. It allows us to progress each week but without getting bored of the same routine. 

My core is stronger, and it’s helped keep me strong and well stretched for running which I love. 

I would highly recommend Debbie’s classes. She knows her stuff!”

“I’ve been coming to Debbie for over 3 years. She is a brilliant teacher. 

When I joined, I had terrible flexibility and Debbie really listened and set up a great programme for me. I’ve seen huge progress, but she doesn’t rest on her laurels and keeps pushing me! 

She’s constantly changing the classes, either depending on what I want to focus on, or when you pick up niggles, with great mix of more challenging moves and easier moves to help you develop. 

Debbie’s a very fun, bubbly person and the classes are always fun”.



Group Classes

The venue is warm, comfortable, and easily accessible.

Debbie manages to accommodate each of our limitations (I have knee issues) in her routines, and always has an alternative option.

The block teaching provides a good variety of exercises over the year, and works well fitting into family commitments and holidays.
