this location is home to reef, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu martial arts academy where the space provided offers:
- an open bright and welcoming studio
- over 100 meters sq of fully matted floor and wall space set over a raised sprung floor, lending itself extremely well to soft and comfortable mat-based pilates classes.
- separate reception area
- shower / changing area
- separate male and female wc
- local on-street parking and several short stay car parks both next to the venue and close by.
